After any repair we realign the dish to the IS-20 satellite with a calibrated meter and verify signal strength and quality on every decoder in the house — the job isn’t done until the readings say it is.

It depends on the damage. A bent feed arm or failed LNB is usually a quick, economical repair; a hail-dented or badly corroded dish surface often isn't. We inspect first and give you an honest recommendation with a fixed quote for each option.
Yes, realignment is one of our most common callouts. We re-aim the dish at the IS-20 satellite using a calibrated signal meter, then re-tension and, if needed, replace the mounting hardware so it holds position in future winds.
Yes. Every repair carries a written workmanship guarantee, and any hardware we supply carries its manufacturer's warranty. If a fault is caused by our workmanship, the return visit is free.
